Baby Tay is 5 months old

Here we are, 5 months later! Our little Taylor is growing so fast. She's noticing everything and trying to figure out this crazy world. We've had a busy month and we're looking forward to July when we have family in town.

Our Taylor girl has found her toes and she loves to play with them. She's working on getting them in her mouth, some days she's more successful than others. She likes to hold on to them and roll from side to side. It's amazing how much fun she can have just holding on to them.

This month, we have been focusing on learning how to eat with her spoon. Rice cereal has been on the menu. Most of the time she enjoys it and she's finally learning how to swallow it instead of spit it all out. Some days are better than others. I think it may be filling her up a little bit better than the bottles. She's doesn't seem to need as many ounces of formula and sleeping through the night has been amazing. I'm excited to see her try new food, hopefully she likes vegetables more than Payton.

Taylor is still trying to roll over. She's been successful about 10% of the time. She always wants to roll to her left, but that darn arm gets stuck and she can't push herself up. Oftentimes in her crib she is rolling around and getting her feet stuck in between the crib. At least one night a week, I'm trying to get her untangled so she can go back to sleep.

Her favorite toy by far, is her jumper. She could play in that thing all day long! She loves playing with all the toys and swaying from side to side. She hasn't quite figured out how to jump yet, but it will be here soon. I love it because it gets her some exercise and she's nice and tired after playing in it for awhile.

Not a long blog again, it's been busy and time for this momma to get some rest while she can!
