Taylor is 10 months

I love, love, love my girls, but thank goodness I am not a stay at home mom. The past two days have been exhausting. Taylor has been so cranky and Payton always needs something. We painted, played hide and seek, did puzzles, colored, made cookies, had hot chocolate and popcorn while watching a movie. We had lots of fun, but I am so ready to go back to work tomorrow. These girls need daycare and their routine to start back up tomorrow. Taylor is 10 months old now and hanging out with all the crawlers in her classroom. She is learning so much at daycare and we are so excited to see all the changes.

Taylor is quite the explorer and wants to touch and eat everything. She can find the smallest, tiniest thing on the floor and makes sure to stick it in her mouth. We have to watch her way more than we had to watch Payton. We are lucky that Payton is a good big sister and knows what to watch out for too. She is picking up her toys and making sure there aren't any small toys for Taylor to choke on. Not only is she trying to eat everything, she is trying to pull herself up on everything. The baby gate, our little end table, our kitchen chairs, the bathtub. She wants to see it all. Taylor is still a little nervous to stand up on her own, but it won't be long. That girl is dying to do everything her sister does.

Taylor now knows how to clap and wave. She loves to clap anytime Payton, Aaron or I say "yay" or "good job" or start clapping she is all about it. She also has the wave down, she must have learned that at daycare. Anytime we say "hi" or "bye" she does a little wave with her hand that is super adorable. I've been showing it off to everyone and you can tell she likes to do it too.

Not only is Taylor into everything she is LOUD, sometime louder than Payton. I mean Payton is always on volume 100 and Taylor is definitely following in her footsteps. She loves to hear her voice and is always screaming. Most times it's pretty adorable, but sometimes, at like 6 a.m. I'm trying to get her to be quiet because I don't want to wake up Payton. I keep trying to get it on video, but just when the camera comes out, she is all the sudden quiet, of course. I am excited to hear her little voice and listen to her and Payton have little conversations. Still keeping my fingers crossed that they continue to get along.

Taylor did finally get two teeth, and at the same time. Those little bottom teeth took long enough and caused our little girl some pain. The past week she's been a little more fussy than usual, so I'm wondering if more are on the way. We will have to see. Hoping we steer clear of ear infections and those annoying viruses. I need little Taylor to stay healthy.
